Not at all. We handle the entire setup — connecting your phone system, configuring the AI, integrating with your CRM and email. You give us access and we do the rest. The only things you'll do day-to-day are review email drafts and take the calls that are already booked for you.

We primarily work with OpenPhone, which is $15/month per user and we can help you set it up. We also support Twilio-based systems and can advise on compatibility with your current setup during the discovery call.

The AI receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant for your company — it doesn't pretend to be a human. In practice, most leads don't care as long as their question gets answered and someone follows up quickly. Email drafts are written in your voice and reviewed by you before sending, so those go out as fully human-authored.

All day, every day, 24/7/365. The AI receptionist is always on. It handles incoming calls whether it's 3pm on a Tuesday or 11pm on a Saturday. You never miss a lead again — regardless of when they call.

After every call, the AI generates a PDF that includes: caller name and contact details, the reason for their call, key qualifying information (budget, timeline, urgency), any specific questions asked, the outcome of the call (meeting booked, callback requested, etc.), and the call recording link. It's emailed to your designated rep instantly after the call ends.

Yes, every call is recorded and transcribed. Recordings are securely stored and linked directly to the lead's CRM record. You can access any recording at any time. We comply with applicable call recording disclosure requirements — the AI informs callers that the call may be recorded at the start of the conversation.

During the call, the AI asks the lead when they're available and books a Google Meet directly. Calendar invites are sent to both the lead and the relevant sales rep. The meeting appears in your Google Calendar automatically. No back-and-forth emails. No manual scheduling. The rep receives the PDF summary before the meeting so they're fully prepared.

We primarily integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot. We also support custom CRM setups via Zapier and webhooks. If you're not on a CRM yet, we can help you set up a simple HubSpot account as part of the onboarding. Let us know your setup on the discovery call and we'll confirm compatibility.

Every new lead triggers a Slack notification to your designated channel, including the lead's name, enquiry summary, and a link to the PDF summary. The lead also receives an automated WhatsApp message from your business number acknowledging their enquiry and confirming next steps. Meeting reminders are also sent via WhatsApp 1 hour before the scheduled call.

7 business days from the time you pay the setup fee and grant access. Days 1–5 is configuration and training. Day 6 is a live demo with your actual numbers and contact details. Day 7 you're live. We don't go live until you've tested everything and given approval.

The current system operates on your main company phone number and primary email inbox — the central lines your business runs on. The AI routes calls and books meetings to the appropriate team member. Per-agent individual inboxes and phone lines require a different architecture that we're actively developing — if that's a priority, let's discuss it on the discovery call.

The AI receptionist calls and SMS messages send automatically — that's the whole point. WhatsApp and Slack notifications also fire automatically. Email replies do not auto-send; they're saved as drafts in Gmail/Outlook labelled "AI-Drafted" for you to review and send yourself. You stay in control of all outbound email.

Yes — after 3 months you're month-to-month and can cancel with 30 days notice. The minimum exists because it takes about 60 days to see the full value of the system. We want you to give it a fair run before deciding. In 4 years, we have not had a client cancel who gave it that fair run.

We revoke all access to your systems immediately on cancellation. Any data we store (call logs, lead records, configuration files) is deleted within 14 days of your request. Your Salesforce, Gmail, CRM, and phone accounts are fully yours — we never export or retain your business data.
